Sakura Days Japan Fair
Sakura Days Japan Fair 2025 – A Celebration of Japanese Culture
As spring arrives, Vancouver’s premier Japanese cultural event, Sakura Days Japan Fair 2025, is set to take place once again. Join us for a spectacular two-day celebration showcasing the beauty and traditions of Japan.
Experience the excitement of taiko drumming, take part in a traditional tea ceremony, dress in a yukata, sample premium sake, and watch live demonstrations of traditional crafts. Explore a diverse selection of food vendors and exhibitors offering authentic Japanese cuisine and artisanal goods.
This year, we are enhancing the festival experience with an increased number of food vendors, the return of the highly popular Yukata Dressing Tent, and the revival of the Floral Stage as a secondary performance venue. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we are maintaining two entry gates and implementing timed ticket entry at the start of the day.
Don’t miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture and celebrate the beauty of spring.
Experience Japan Through Food, Culture, and Art
Sakura Days Japan Fair is a vibrant festival celebrating all things Japan. From Japanese food and drinks to music, performances, and art, this event offers an immersive experience of Japanese culture.
Visitors can participate in a traditional tea ceremony, try festival street food, sample premium sake, learn Japanese games, and enjoy a variety of cultural performances. Additionally, a wide selection of vendors and exhibitors will showcase local Japanese cuisine, crafts, and businesses.
Most activities will take place outdoors, while select vendors, tea ceremonies, and curated experiences will be held indoors. Attendees can look forward to taiko drumming, theater performances, woodworking demonstrations, and more.
