Boketto is a Vancouver-based dessert café inspired by Japanese flavours and the quiet joy of daydreaming, where matcha, mochi, and soft, nostalgic sweets take centre stage. Known for our house-crafted desserts and balanced flavours, we focus on thoughtful textures and ingredients that feel both playful and refined. For our fourth year at VanDusen Sakura Days in 2026, we’re excited to bring back our iced sakura matcha latte, which debuted last year and was such a crowd favourite we had to return it, alongside our signature iced matcha and hojicha drinks. Our menu also features refreshing matcha lemonades and fruit-forward matcha lattes with strawberry and mango. To complete the experience, we’ll be serving our gourmet mochi-stuffed cookies in flavours like matcha, hojicha, black sesame, and kinako.
