Sakura Singers is a unique Vancouver chorus introducing Japanese songs at commemorative ceremonies, community functions, hospitals, and senior homes. They hold major concerts every two years. Their repertoire, for mixed voice and women's ensembles, features Japanese folk and pop songs plus choral suites. Open to all lovers of Japanese singing (no audition required), they promote Japanese culture, goodwill, and mutual understanding in Canadian communities.
