The Sakura Singers
CHERRY STAGE (Sat)
The Sakura Singers is the oldest Japanese-Canadian chorus group in Vancouver that sings traditional and contemporary Japanese songs. It was founded in 1970 by the music director, Ruth Suzuki who led the choir till 2021 when she passed away. Now, Chris Nakahori is leading the group.
