Cocoaro Craft Chocolate is chocolate with good heart. This begins with better conditions for the cacao farmers and ends with an exceptional tasting experience. Currently still a solo business of Japanese-Canadian chocolate maker, Margaret Inoue, she crafts the chocolate from bean-to-bar that reflects her values as well as her own explorations of culture, nutrition and the local food. All of the ingredients are traceably traded, which not only improves growing and working conditions, but also the best quality. All the chocolate is free of nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. Some of the chocolate is free of sugar. All of the chocolate is full of heart.
