• Coverage inside the venue is permitted from 10:00 AM (the event start time) on both days.
• The media reception desk is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Any photos, videos, or other content captured may not be used for purposes beyond this specific coverage.
• After the event concludes, you will be required to submit details of your coverage, so please plan accordingly.
