Guidelines

• Media coverage is permitted from 10:00 AM, the start time of the event, on both days.
• Media check-in will be available from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• All footage and images captured during the event may not be repurposed for any other media outlet or use beyond the scope of this event.
• After the event, we kindly ask that you submit links or files showing how your coverage was published. Please be prepared to do so in advance.
